Roofing Jobs Direct is an offline, outbound direct response company based in Schaumburg, Illinois. We work directly with a small group of roofing companies & contractors across the country and utilize our data source connection, roofing knowledge, marketing skills, and proprietary system to generate potential jobs in any market on demand.

 One of the separating factors for RJD is we manually field responses from 100's of homeowners that come through our system each day to make sure they’re a qualified prospect. We do this by speaking with the homeowner to confirm that they are actively looking for roofing repairs or a replacement and want an estimate.

 Out of the 100's of homeowners that we speak with daily, only 1-3 of those homeowners get labeled as qualified prospects. The rest of the homeowners are removed from our system. My team and I send each qualified prospect to the contractor we’re working with in that territory in real-time (via text/email/CRM) and that contractor then reaches out to the homeowner to set up a time to give an estimate.

 My team and I will send 20-40 qualified prospects (per territory) to that contractor each month.

 The contractors account and campaign creation phase takes 5 business days for the RJD team to set up. After the setup is complete… 48-72 hours later qualified prospects will begin to be sent to the that contractor, and will continue to do so as long we work together.
